Lifestyle Relational Evangelism (L.R.E.) Ministry
Lifestyle Relational Evangelism is a mission of VWUMC that seeks to build relationships
with people - all people. This includes its members, families, friends,
visitors, and the surrounding community. The Biblical foundation for L.R.E is found in Matthew 28:16-20 where Christ gives the Great Commission.

"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit."
L.R.E. meets every other Tuesday evening. Participants are church laity who visit new worshipers, church members, shut-ins, the hospitalized, and community
folks. Events, needs, encouragement, celebrations, and accomplishments are acknowledged within the church family through a card ministry.
A combination of visitation, evangelism and prayer ministry, L.R.E. includes
dedicated persons who love God and Virginia Wingard Church, who really care about people, and who seek to form loving and supporting relationships with all those with whom contact is made.
